"Dave and I were married yesterday in Lake Geneva. Now here we are in a Heavenly cabin, laughing and sharing in a perfectly intimate nest.
It's like someone knew how we would like to spend our first evening away as husband and wife. My husband planned all the details of our trip, unsure if it would please me. Well, he has made great romantic plans and I hope I never disourage him to plan special events!
As I read in other journal entries, I see that it's important to stay connected to your spouse!

"This was our first visit here at the Lazy Cloud and our first stay at a Bed & Breakfast. We were just married March 15th and choose to come here for our Honeymoon.
We have very much enjoyed our stay and do not want to go back home yet but we miss our boys. We enjoyed searching for the hidden notes and dollars bills (we could only find one) signed and hid it again. We also loved the Enchanting Evening game, it was very romantic and fun.
We really needed this time alone, after being together for 6 years this is only our 2nd getaway. I do believe it brought us together more and we need to do it more often and would for sure come back here to do it.
